Penelope Palms is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and community pool, while also keeping you close to some of the area’s best dining, shopping, and entertainment. Spend the day on the sugar-white beaches, wander over to local favorites like Whale’s Tail or Surf Hut, or explore nearby shops and restaurants along Scenic Gulf Drive.

You’ll also be close to Seascape Golf Resort, which offers public tee times and tennis facilities, as well as Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Grand Boulevard Town Center.

Guests will have access to the home, community pool, and available parking areas, subject to HOA guidelines and house rules.

Please note that this property is not available to guests under the age of 25. Adults under 25 must be accompanied by a parent. No exceptions.

PARKING
Penelope Palms allows parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway or garage. To help maintain the neighborhood and comply with HOA rules, street parking is not permitted at any time. Parking on the grass or yard is also not allowed, and there is no overflow parking available in the neighborhood. The HOA does not allow RVs, buses, trailers, jet skis, boats, motorcycles, scooters, all-terrain vehicles, or go-carts within the subdivision. Passenger vehicles only are permitted. Guests are responsible for any towing fees or HOA fines related to parking violations or exceeding the maximum vehicle limit.

LOW SPEED VEHICLE (GOLF CART)
A 6-seater Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) is included with your stay. The LSV is a convenient way to get around the local area and make trips to the beach easier. Additional details, requirements, and usage rules will be provided as part of the booking process.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES
This property is not available for rent to groups under 25 years of age. Adults under 25 must be accompanied by a parent. This rule applies regardless of any platform settings or listing information and may result in cancellation or eviction if violated.

GOLF CART USAGE
Guests must be 21 or older to drive the golf cart. The golf cart is classified as a low-speed vehicle and is fully registered for road use. A valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance are required to operate it. The driver assumes responsibility for any damages identified during the check-out inspection. Please note that no discounts or refunds are available for guests who choose not to use the golf cart. Agreement will be provided with the rental agreement via a link in your confirmation message shortly after booking is completed or will be available to you during the booking process.

PET POLICY We are pet-friendly for up to 2 animals with a $200 pet fee per stay. Dogs must be leashed at all times while in the neighborhood. All pet waste must be properly cleaned up prior to departure to avoid an additional $100 fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by pets, whether inside or outside the home. Pets over 50lbs are not allowed.

RENTAL AGREEMENTS Guest is required to sign a rental agreement and golf cart waiver. Agreement will be provided to you via a link in your confirmation message shortly after booking is completed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD A security deposit hold of $500 will be placed on your credit card 1 day prior to check-in. This will appear as a pending authorization on your card and is not a charge. If there are no damages, the hold will automatically fall off within 5 days after check-out.
